Jason Segel made a name when he played the role of Marshall Eriksen in the television series, How I Met Your Mother. He had been an often topic of anyone who watched the show before it ended its nine years of airing in 2014. He also appeared in movies like Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Jeff, Who Lives at Home and The End of the Tour. The last earned him critical praise from the audience and led him to a nomination for the Independent Spirit Award for Best Male Lead.

In the early days, Jason didn’t care about his weight and body until his assistant took a picture of him. When he saw that he already looked heavier, he took a full reverse and decided to lose on the pounds. How did he do it?
