THE GREAT KHALI – DIET & WORKOUT

The Great Khali instantly became a household name in India when he joined WWE in 2006.  His battle against the legendary Undertaker took him to the top of the game, making history by going against an industry icon. He later became the World Heavyweight Champion, facing the likes of Shawn Michaels, John Cena, and more. However, after more than a decade of fame, Khali eventually left the business.

It can’t be denied that the sportsman made a great name for himself when he’s still part of the wrestling world. At the time, he did everything to stay afloat, including watching his diet and working out. Mind you, it wasn’t easy. Khali deserves all the credits he can get for maintaining the huge body of someone who stands 7’1” and weighed about 400 pounds. First, he had to take an enormous diet composed of protein shakes and fruit and vegetable juices, followed by an intense workout.
