Lauren Conrad is known for being a fashion designer and a reality TV personality. In order to pursue her passion for fashion design, Conrad moved to Los Angeles. Though it wasn’t the asking price, she still received a $500,000 profit from the initial cost. Not a bad return, right?  We’re sure even her financial advisor agrees.
