CAMERON DIAZ – $4.2 MILLION – MANHATTAN

As one of the members of Charlie’s Angels, Cameron Diaz is one of the most well-known actresses in the world thanks to the said movie franchise. Before becoming famous, though, she first appeared alongside Jim Carrey in the movie The Mask in 1994. She then played supporting roles in films like My Best Friend’s Wedding. On the side, Diaz is also an environmental activist, believing that climate change has to be fought off with a great degree of aggressiveness. She promoted Al Gore’s Live Earth Campaign, too.

Diaz recently sold her apartment in Greenwich Village for a price of $4.2 million. The said apartment’s value was raised thanks to Kelly Wearstler, who designed its interior when it was initially renovated. Today, Diaz is living together with her husband, Benji Madden, in a $2-million house located in Los Angeles. Now that she’s a new mother, Diaz may have taken a rest from acting, but her business ventures still continue!
