Paul Hogan is most famous for his role in the Crocodile Dundee film series. Crocodile Dundee is an adventure comedy film that became the highest-grossing film of all-time in Australia. It was followed by two sequels that failed to match the first film’s box office success. Nevertheless, the actor won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Musical or Comedy in 1987. In 2019, in celebration of his 80th birthday, Australia’s ABC released A Fortunate Life – Paul Hogan, which documents his life and career.

Hogan has six children and was married three times before hiring lawyers to file separation. Now 81 years old, it looks like Hogan is nowhere near retirement from the Hollywood industry. His latest film appearance is in the 2020 film The Very Excellent Mr. Dundee. Aside from acting, he also ventured into screenwriting and film production.
