DONATELLA VERSACE | 67

Donatella Versace is not only famous for being a fashion designer. She is already a part of the popular culture, thanks to her fame, success, and influence. Donatella is the sister of the Versace founder Gianni Versace. Upon his demise, she inherited a portion of the luxury fashion company. However, the 66-year-old personality later made a significant investment by selling the company to Capri Holdings, better known as Michael Kors, in 2018. Anyhow, she remains the chief creative officer of it.

Today, Donatelle is still a significant figure in the fashion world. She has designed advertising campaigns for Versace, involving the biggest names in the business, like Madonna, Demi Moore, Lady Gaga, Beyonce, and more. She, too, is the one behind Jennifer Lopez’s famous 42nd Grammy Awards outfit, known as the Jungle-Dress. Aside from designing clothes, Donatella also created the Palazzo Versace Australia resort and the one in Dubai.
